💡 About the Role

As an Entry-Level Assistant Manager , you’ll help lead nonprofit outreach campaigns across the region. You’ll manage day-to-day operations, mentor your team, and ensure every event drives real, measurable impact for the causes we serve.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of community outreach and fundraising campaigns

• Coach and support a team of campaign representatives to meet outreach goals

• Represent respected nonprofit clients at public events, retail activations, and fundraising initiatives

• Manage event logistics : site setup, scheduling, materials, and on-site coordination

• Track team performance and provide constructive feedback and support

• Participate in leadership training , planning sessions, and development workshops

• Maintain detailed records, reports , and help drive long-term campaign success

✅ Who You Are

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

• Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or event marketing is a plus

• Strong communication , organizational, and leadership skills

• Goal-driven , coachable, and proactive—ready to lead by example

• Passionate about nonprofits, community service, or advocacy

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Open to working some evenings and weekends as needed for events
