About the Role: As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level operational coordination and administrative support for our new Roseville office and existing El Dorado Hills office. This position requires an experienced professional who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing a wide range of tasks. You'll play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining daily operations while supporting company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Launch & Operations: Coordinate and manage the initial setup of the new office space, ensuring all systems, supplies, and services are in place for a productive work environment.
- Executive & Team Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, vehicle fleet oversight, travel arrangements, and correspondence handling.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and vendors to support seamless communication and workflow.
- Event Planning: Organize and execute events such as the grand opening and community outreach initiatives, helping to establish our local presence.
What You Bring:
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a high-level administrative role, ideally supporting management or executive teams in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Initiative & Drive: Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of tasks, and contributing to a positive, solutions-focused office culture.
- Organizational Excellence: Strong multitasking and time management skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Polished written and verbal communication skills with a professional, approachable demeanor.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, along with familiarity with tools like Canva and office management platforms.

Pay Transparency Statement
The compensation range reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs.
California hourly pay range
$41.83—$45.67 USD
