Full Stack Engineer (React / Node / Python)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus and a product-oriented mindset. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a track record of shipping production code, and is excited about leveraging modern tools—including AI—to build better products.

You’ll work closely with a small, high-performing team to develop and scale a web application, contributing across both frontend and backend systems.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain features across the full stack, from frontend interfaces to backend services
• Develop user-facing applications using modern frameworks like React
• Design and implement backend services and APIs using Node.js and/or Python
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences
• Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly in AI and developer tooling, and apply them where relevant
• Experiment with and integrate AI tools and APIs to enhance product capabilities
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Contribute to code reviews, testing practices, and deployment workflows
• Learn quickly by working alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative environment

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 years of professional full stack software engineering experience
• Strong backend development skills with Node.js and/or Python
• Experience building modern frontend applications with React
• Proven ability to ship production-ready code
• Product-minded approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Interest in or experience using AI tools in the development process

Nice to Have

• Experience working at a large-scale technology company
• Exposure to system design and scalable architectures
• Interest in consumer-facing products
