In this Director of Patient Care Services role, you’ll collaborate closely with an acute care hospital that welcomes approximately 1,000 admissions annually . The case mix spans orthopedic recovery, cardiopulmonary care, stroke rehabilitation, complex wounds, and medically complex patients. You’ll drive throughput, reduce avoidable readmissions, and optimize length of stay using data-driven dashboards and care pathways. As the Nursing Director, your leadership will strengthen handoffs, discharge planning, and family-centered education. Reporting directly to the Administrator, the Chief Nursing Officer will lead a friendly, diverse, and highly engaged clinical team of 40 nurses and 82 CNAs , alongside dedicated therapists and case managers.
