Product Manager - Remote | WFH

As a Product Manager, you'll play a key role in discovering, testing, and launching new ways to help financial advisors grow their business. From generating and nurturing leads to improving conversion strategies, you'll drive the vision and execution of cutting-edge digital sales and marketing initiatives.

What You'll Do
Lead product vision & strategy - Define and shape new services, including business models, pricing, and operational structures.
Drive discovery & testing - Work closely with advisors to gather feedback, identify opportunities, and refine service offerings.
Execute pilot programs - Design and implement A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
Develop business cases - Conduct pricing and unit economics analyses to build strong financial models for new services.
Build and scale - Assemble and lead teams from early-stage discovery to full-scale launch.
Collaborate with leadership - Work cross-functionally with strategists, designers, analysts, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and successful execution.
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in business & product management, strategy consulting, or innovation roles focused on corporate strategy, new ventures, or product development.
1-2 years of experience in digital sales & marketing and lead generation.
Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree (MBA) in Business Administration, Corporate Strategy, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
Experience in sales processes, funnel optimization, inbound/outbound marketing.
2+ years of experience in a fast-growing company, launching and scaling new offerings.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
Experience with Lean Startup methodology and human-centered design.
Background in financial services or a passion for fintech and financial advisory.
