Corporate Event Specialist
We are searching for an enthusiastic event specialist to join our team!

You will play a key role in the planning, management, and administration of executing strategic event programs including customer facing roadshow, sales kick off & other internal/external events. The ideal person has a great sense of urgency, has a very keen eye with attention to detail, a deep love for data, detailed pre and post event playbooks and the power of a well-executed event. You pride yourself on taking initiative to deliver memorable experiences with a high ROI!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work in a fast-paced environment and execute or support multiple events with competing and every-changing priorities.
- Event support on strategic programs, including roadshow, internal/external events and sales kick off.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide input to event plans, goals, budgets, workback schedules, presentations, communications, post event surveys and reporting.
- Work with creative, content and product marketing teams for content development.
- Master financial, procurement and legal administrative processes/tools to execute on events.
- Manage vendors, contracts, production schedules, logistics and budgets
- Evaluate and report on event performance, post-event ROI tracking, and assist with postmortem debrief(s).
- Manage all deliverables.
- Work cross functionally with teams to facilitate involvement (customer marketing, product, solutions, presales, sales, SDRs, etc.)
Requirements:
- 3+ year's event experience, preferably for a B2B SaaS enterprise software company - but open to recent grads with work experience during college.
- Bachelor's degree, Degree in Event Management a bonus
- Ability to collaborate with and develop positive relationships cross-functionally
- Strong creative problem-solving skills and poise under pressure
- Superior communication, interpersonal & project management skills
- Solid grasp of reporting and analyzing data
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Marketo, Splash, SFDC, Scout, Workday
- MUST HAVE - a strong desire to laugh, inject your personality and get things done!

Base Salary Range:
