Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide expert field service engineering support for medical imaging equipment, specifically in general X-ray and CT modalities.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry regulations.
• Act as a technical resource for customers, addressing any operational and technical queries.
• Coordinate and perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safety standards are met.
• Document all service activities, including service reports and maintenance logs, in compliance with company procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in imaging technologies and participate in training programs as needed.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to facilitate efficient service delivery.

Essential Qualifications:

• Must possess a minimum of 3+ years of recent experience as a Field Service Engineer.
• Experience in the required modality, specifically general X-ray and CT.
• Formal training from OEMs such as PHILIPS, GE, or SIEMENS, or equivalent training from recognized third-party institutions (RSTI or ALL PARTS).
• Must provide a valid trained certificate from any of the mentioned OEMs (Philips/GE/Siemens).
• Active state license required.
• US citizens only.

Desired Experience:

• No gaps in education or employment history.
• No job hopping; job stability is mandatory.
• Preference for candidates with experience in healthcare technical staffing.
