Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with common SNF equipment and procedures, such as therapeutic modalities, gait training, transfers, and ADL-focused interventions preferred.
• Minimum clinical experience: 1+ years patient-facing physical therapy experience preferred.
• Ability to document in electronic medical records and follow facility-specific care plans.

• Assignment length: 13 week assignment.
• Shift: Days.
• Shift hours: AM 8 (day shift).
• Schedule: 5x8.
