Position Overview
Expedia Cruises is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about travel and skilled in digital marketing tools, including email marketing, social media, and website management.

Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing & Campaign Management
• Create, schedule, and manage email campaigns using Constant Contact
• Develop engaging content, including newsletters, promotions, and event invitations
• Segment contact lists and analyze campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions)
Content Creation & Design
• Design visually compelling marketing materials using Adobe Express
• Create graphics and videos for email campaigns, social media, and website
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Social Media Management
• Plan, create, and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage targeted boosts in social media content
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow audience reach
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Website Management
• Update and maintain the company website using WordPress
• Publish blog posts, promotions, and travel offers
• Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for SEO
General Marketing Support
• Assist with local marketing events, promotions, and partnerships
• Coordinate marketing calendars and campaign timelines
• Support the sales team with marketing materials and lead-generation efforts

Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Proficiency with:
o Constant Contact (or similar email marketing platforms)
o Adobe Express (or similar design tools)
o Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
o WordPress content management system
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of targeting boosted posts in social media
• Photography or video editing skills
• Ability to create unique and exciting content
• Interest in travel and the cruise industry is a plus
