The hourly pay rate for this is $23.00. GXO, in good faith, believes this is the pay rate for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted rate and this rate is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California. This rate may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for hourly shift differential. What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Assist drivers in delivery of multi-temperature products to stores.
• Rotate and move product on the truck
• Assist the driver in backing up the truck before or after deliveries
• Maintain a good working relationship with the customers both internal and external

What you need to succeed at GXO:

It’d be great if you have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to adjust work assignments based on requirements
• Ability to identify potential problems and notify supervisor
• Ability to be a team player and demonstrate positive work behaviors and attitudes

This job requires the ability to:

• Use hand truck
• Go up and down a truck ramp with product weighing 50-75 pounds
• Go up and down stairs with product
