Sr System Application Support Manager

Sr System Application Support Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible to the first line support of following application system in North/South America and EU to solve issues and problems:
- Salesforce
- SAP ERP
- EDIs with customers and Logistics service providers
- Qliksense Reports
Responsible for escalation to Corp IT (Taipei) if application system issues and problems cannot be resolved locally
Responsible for system requirement taking in North/South America region
Responsible for working with Corp IT to perform IT system implementation
Responsible for IT project management role for projects initiated by North/South America region
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology administration
- Ten plus years experience in related field
- Experience in Salesforce, ERP, EDI and business intelligence solution
- Excellent system analytical skills
- Knowledge in IT professional skills, such as XML, SQL, also APEX and Visual Force Experience Salesforce API (REST, SOAP, Metadata, etc.) and ETL also Database Structure
- Experience in the IT technical definition with the architecture (systems and infrastructure) and development teams
- Experience in work with outsourcing consulting
- Experience in agile methodologies
- Good elaboration of technical specifications in English language
- Be able to work as a Team with stakeholder partners
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal relationship
- Fluent in Chinese and English
Onsite in Milpitas, CA office Monday - Thursday. Work from home on Friday.
