Position Summary:

The position holder is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the sales process end-to-end, and ensuring the smooth operation of the point of sale. This role involves administrative, commercial, and operational tasks to guarantee a positive customer experience and achieve departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Prepare quotations, sales reports, and invoices.
  • Handle cash and perform daily cash register and terminal reconciliations.
  • Support post-sale follow-up calls as directed by the Sales Manager.
  • Monitor current promotions and gather market pricing information.
  • Maintain the showroom and workspace in optimal condition.
  • Generate and deliver daily documents (sales, invoices, expenses) to relevant departments.
  • Participate in company-organized commercial events.
  • Refer key clients to the Sales Manager or Sales Advisor.
  • Guide customers through the warranty process.
  • Regularly verify displayed products and update showroom price labels.
  • Assist with general store cleaning tasks.
  • Complete scheduled training sessions in webinar, online, or in-person formats.

Requirements

  • 100% bilingual Spanish/English
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or incomplete degree (Plus)
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in the position, performing the following activities:

- Sales: Customer assistance, sales closing, and post-sale follow-up. - Cash registers: Operation of POS systems and receipt issuance. - Cash handling: Payment processing, cash register balancing, and daily closing. - Bank reconciliations: Verification of transactions and accounting records. - Bilingual customer service (English-Spanish): Professional service and issue resolution in both languages.

Work Environment

The job is performed in a store setting and involves extended periods of standing or sitting, intensive computer work, operating a computer terminal, reading, and visually inspecting parts or small details.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
