Inside Sales Support Representative
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Real Estate Cold Call Specialist to join our dynamic team at Voyage. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a confident and friendly demeanor, and a proven track record of success in cold calling within the residential real estate sector. As a cold call specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging potential residential real estate clients, building relationships, and ultimately contributing to the growth of our business. The ISSR plays a critical role in the sales funnel turning prospects into leads and working in tandem with our Marketing and Insights team to not just improve conversion but also raise awareness around the value and role of Voyage and the unique way we partner with clients to continually add value and help them achieve their real estate goals.
Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients within the residential real estate market.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our real estate services.
- Engage in active listening to understand clients' needs and address any concerns.
Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic cold calling efforts.
- Utilize various sources and databases to compile a list of potential residential real estate clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
Relationship Building:
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to create a positive first impression.
- Provide information about our company's services, answer inquiries, and address client concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads for further development.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about current trends and developments in the residential real estate market.
- Gather information about competitors and market conditions to enhance selling strategies.
Performance Metrics:
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outbound calls and lead generation.
- Provide regular reports on call outcomes, lead conversion rates, and other key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling, preferably in the residential real estate industry.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an asset.
