About Us :
HOPE Program ( is a specialized forensic mental health clinic serving individuals involved in the legal system due to sexual offenses. Certified with the California Sex Offender Management Board (CASOMB), HOPE utilizes the latest research to provide services aimed at reducing reoffending and promoting public safety.
Responsibilities
We offer full-time positions for individuals interested in leading, coordinating, and supervising multidisciplinary teams, overseeing programming, and aligning objectives with executive leadership. Responsibilities include:
Leadership & Supervisory Responsibilities
- Supervise clinical staff, provide coaching, evaluate performance, and recommend employment actions.
- Monitor clinician caseloads and productivity; address issues like client retention and cancellations.
- Ensure quality assurance, compliance with HIPAA, and proper documentation.
- Review clinician documentation and audit files.
- Manage cases involving legal issues or time sensitivity appropriately.
- Assess training needs; coordinate or provide professional development.
- Participate in hiring processes; review resumes and interview candidates.
- Oversee onboarding and training of new clinicians.
- Implement new programming and oversee daily operations.
- Schedule meetings, monitor employee time, and review timesheets.
- Provide regular supervisory support and foster a healthy workplace culture.
Clinical & Management Duties
- Provide direct clinical services, including individual and group therapy, and maintain accurate records.
- Analyze reports on client retention, referral sources, and therapy duration.
- Use data to improve client services and internal processes.
- Develop and maintain clinical policies in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Masters or Doctoral degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or related field.
- Valid license as a Social Worker, MFT, Clinical Counselor, or Psychologist in California.
Ideal Candidate Attributes
- Strong commitment to client relationships & high-quality therapy.
- Leadership experience with clinical teams.
- Licensed California therapist (LCSW, LMFT, etc.).
- Minimum five years of mental health or human services experience.
- At least two years of supervisory experience.

- Expertise in cognitive-behavioral and evidence-based therapies.
- Ability to develop additional clinical expertise.

- Effective feedback and leadership abilities.
