Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Teller/Back Office professional for a full-time, direct hire Central Operations Service Representative II or III opportunity in Roseville, CA. This role is ideal for a banking operations professional who enjoys accuracy-focused work, problem solving, and supporting both branch teams and clients behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

- Process banking operations transactions including ACH, wire transfers, Regulation E claims, merchant disputes, chargebacks, stop payments, remote deposits, online account openings, and dormant account activity.
- Support consumer and commercial online banking services while helping resolve operational questions and service issues.
- Respond to inquiries from branches, clients, and internal departments with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency.
- Assist with legal processes, callback verifications, account file maintenance, and other central operations functions as assigned.
- Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Cross-train with team members, support process improvements, and, at the Representative III level, assist with escalations, training, procedure writing, and departmental projects.

- Pay range: $22.00 to $32.00 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Process core bank operations transactions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support ACH, wire transfers, disputes, chargebacks, remote deposits, online account openings, and online banking services.
- Resolve operational inquiries for branches, clients, and internal teams in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain compliance with banking procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Service Representative II level requires 3-5 years of bank operations experience in a bank or credit union.
- Service Representative III level requires a minimum of 5 years of Central Operations experience in a bank or credit union.
- Intermediate to proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- 10-key proficiency required.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with branches, clients, and internal departments.
- For Representative III consideration, must have strong operational knowledge with the ability to train others, support projects, assist with escalations, and improve processes.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting consumer and commercial online banking services.
- Prior exposure to Regulation E claims, merchant disputes, chargebacks, legal processing, callback verifications, and dormant account processing.
- Experience writing procedures, training team members, or serving as an escalation point within a banking operations team.
