Performance Marketing Manager

NAHMIAS is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition, digital advertising, and analytics across the brand. This role will own customer acquisition strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms while helping scale one of the most culturally relevant luxury brands in fashion.

We are looking for someone highly analytical, creative, and performance-driven who understands both brand storytelling and direct response marketing.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across:
  • Meta (Instagram/Facebook)
  • Google Ads / SEM
  • TikTok Ads
  • YouTube and emerging platforms
• Develop acquisition strategies focused on ROAS, CAC, customer growth, and retention
• Own campaign setup, testing, optimization, reporting, and budget allocation
• Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights across marketing channels
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership
• Collaborate closely with creative, e-commerce, and social teams to improve ad performance
• Lead A/B testing for creative, landing pages, audiences, and conversion funnels
• Monitor trends, platform changes, and new growth opportunities
• Support product launches, drops, and seasonal campaigns with performance marketing strategy

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or paid media
• Strong experience managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Deep understanding of attribution, analytics, conversion tracking, and customer acquisition
• Experience with Shopify analytics, GA4, Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar tools preferred
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience scaling e-commerce or fashion/luxury brands preferred
• Ability to balance brand aesthetic with performance goals
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Understanding of creative strategy and performance creative
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, CRM, or retention marketing
• Experience managing six-figure monthly ad budgets
