Administrative Coordinator / Receptionist

Manage a high-volume, multi-line phone system including inquiries and service coordination
Schedule and coordinate appointments for sales, installations, and service calls
Maintain and manage multiple calendars with accuracy and efficiency
Coordinate communication between clients, technicians, and internal teams
Assist with billing, collections, and administrative support for operations
Maintain organized records, logs, and customer interaction history
Review documents for accuracy and completeness
Support general office operations, supplies, and basic troubleshooting Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience in a professional office (required)
Strong customer service and client-facing skills with a professional, friendly demeanor
Proven scheduling and calendar management experience
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; comfortable with scheduling systems and databases
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle scheduling conflicts or customer concerns
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
