Salary Range: $130,000 - $200,000 + Car Allowance and Gas

The Senior Project Manager will lead large-scale projects, ensuring delivery within scope and budget. This role requires extensive experience in managing large commercial projects and active participation in project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure project delivery within defined scope, budget, and timeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks proactively.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in managing large commercial projects.
• Proven ability to actively participate in project execution, not just delegate tasks.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both job sites and corporate office environments.
