About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the Digital Sales team in the U.S. In this role, you will develop online sales strategies, oversee product selection, manage digital merchandising, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer shopping experience. You'll report to the Senior Manager of Digital Supply Chain and work closely with teams across digital operations, platform management, merchandising, and third-party partnerships.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement an online sales strategy to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience.

Work with offline merchandising, pricing, and replenishment teams to align online and offline strategies, ensuring a seamless multichannel experience.

Partner with digital platform, project, and omnichannel teams to execute promotions, events, and new initiatives effectively.

Collaborate with marketing, operations, merchandising, and IT teams to ensure smooth execution of online sales strategies.

Manage merchandising, assortment, inventory, and replenishment plans to boost online sales.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor team performance to drive improvements.

Analyze sales trends, pricing, and market opportunities to optimize product selection and profitability.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in digital sales.

Set pricing guidelines and ensure sales and gross profit targets are met.

Lead and develop the Digital Sales team, fostering growth and efficiency.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager.

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or a related field, preferably in grocery retail.

Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, business, or a related field.

Strong technical knowledge of product categories, pricing, and industry regulations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint); experience with Magento and forecasting tools is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset.

Passion for merchandising, e-commerce, and digital sales in both B2C and B2B markets.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive approach.

Strong project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
