Business Services Administrative Analyst
Job Description and Duties

The Operations Support Services Division (OSSD) is currently seeking an Analyst I and will consider an Analyst II to join our Business Services Unit to provide administrative support to the division and leadership and drive our CalPERS mission. Duties include but not limited to:- Support the Operations and Technology (OPT) Branch by serving as the Compliance and Risk Liaison (CARL) by tracking requests, monitoring required forms and trainings, assisting with risk documentation, tracking audits for the OPT Branch, coordinating Public Records Act (PRA), and compiling compliance reports.
- Serve as back-up Personal Computer (PC) contact for OSSD to assist with submitting Incidents and Service Now Requests (SR).
- Assist with providing administrative, analytical, and coordination support to OSSD’s Division Chief and Assistant Division Chiefs.
- Serve as the Division Furniture Contact (DFC) to coordinate and submit requests related to OSSD team member moves, reconfigurations, furniture, and office design requests.
- Act as the Division Travel Coordinator (DTC) and Division Training Coordinator (DTC) to assist the division with all travel and training related requests.
- Provides administrative support for office supply purchases, warrant pickup, and participation in cross-divisional and multi-divisional meetings.

PLP 2025 directs that each employee shall receive a 3 percent reduction in pay in exchange for 5 hours PLP 2025 leave credits, monthly.
