HVAC Project Manager
HVAC Project Manager in San Diego
We are a large, growing Mechanical Contractor in San Diego looking to add an HVAC Project Manager to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Estimate small to mid-sized mechanical HVAC projects up to 500k
- Manage projects you are awarded
- Manage schedule, budget and request change-orders
- Strengthen our relationships with current clients and exceed expectations on deliverables for all projects
Requirements:
- 2 or more years of HVAC Project Management experience
- HVAC Estimating experience
- Local in San Diego
- Stable work-history
Preferred:
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Knowledge with MS Excel, MS Project, BlueBeam, and Accubid-Quickpen
