As Assistant General Manager, you will help lead operations, elevate guest experiences, and ensure exceptional service across all departments. You’ll drive results, champion team development, and uphold Levy’s core values in every decision you make.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field
3+ years in a leadership role in hospitality, events, or food service
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
Valid ServSafe and Alcohol Service Certification (or ability to obtain)
Knowledge of labor and budget management practices
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily venue operations across multiple departments
Oversee staffing, training, and performance management
Implement and uphold safety and sanitation standards
Manage guest experience and resolve service concerns
Monitor financial metrics and control costs
Collaborate with executive leadership to meet strategic goals
