Logistics PM
:
:
- Execute on sourcing activities and report on dual source pricing and update information in a clear and concise manner
- Help negotiate and navigate contractual obligations and be able to expand beyond dollars and cents
- Coordinate with stakeholders as well as team members on assigned tasks leading their activities
- Work closely with manufacturing and engineering in communicating incoming component timing as well as outbound component timing
- Track cost, timing and bring transparency to dynamic projects and efforts.
- Track procurement status as well as organize large dataset of material readiness and arrived parts count
- Track delivering timing and risk level across bill of materials
- Report on progress of the project and efforts to external vendors, senior managers and clients. Understanding of escalation process and be able to weight and balance different priorities
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS degree
- 3+ years hands on working experience
- Familare understanding of google office tools (google drive, sheets, etc), Excel, or Smartsheets
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with ambiguity and R&D environment
- Experience with import and export shipping procedure
- Familiarity with JIRA
- Ability to work flexible hours
