Under the general direction of the Program and Project Supervisor in the Distribution Planning and Policy Section of the Energy Infrastructure Branch, the Public Utilities Regulatory Analyst (PURA) V will perform a wide variety of analytical and consumer advocacy assignments in connection with distributed energy resources, distribution planning, electric vehicles, microgrids, electric utilities operations and supplies, infrastructure projects, smart grids, general rate case proceedings, and perform other related work in economic and policy analysis.

3. Describe your experience communicating complex concepts in written and verbal form, including preparing testimony, reports, memos, and/or making presentations.

In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:

• Knowledge of, or experience with, electric utility infrastructure, including distributed energy resources, electric distribution planning, benefit-cost analysis, microgrids, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
