RPA Engineer
The Marlin Alliance, Inc. is seeking an RPA Engineer with UiPath/Power Automate experience to work in San Diego, CA. This position supports our Navy customer and requires the candidate to have the ability to possess or obtain a US Secret clearance.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Software Engineers and Subject Matter Experts to identify automation opportunities and develop requirements
- Build, test, deliver, and run robotic automations using UiPath/Power Automate
- Ensure implementation of automations are in line with industry standards & best practices
- Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and perform due diligence to arrive at an optimal solution
- Conduct code reviews with peers to ensure compliance with requirements
- Support Testing through the creation of test case automations
- Installation and configuration of UiPath software
- Identify, report, and fix bugs
Required Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving capability
- Experience of working within an Agile, continuous integration environment
- 3+ year of experience with UiPath
- 1+ year of experience with Power Platform
- 3+ year of experience with PKI secured systems
- 3+ year of experience with software development
- Ability to obtain a DOD Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science
- UiPath Automation Developer Associate Certification
- Experience with Power Platform and Power Automate (Solutions, Flows, Connectors, Environments)
- Experience with Cloud Environments
- Experience with the Navy
