About You

We are looking for a skilled and strategic communications professional to join our team as a Public Relations Consultant. You are a creative thinker who excels at developing and executing PR campaigns that drive results. You understand the importance of aligning PR strategies with broader business goals and can navigate complex challenges with ease.

As a Consultant, you take on both a project and emerging people manager role. You perform day-to-day account work while beginning to oversee others’ work. You are recognized as the go-to on the team and clients trust you to provide updates, advice, and ideas.

About You

End-to-end management of social media channels across platforms

• Planning and execution of social media campaigns

• 4-5 years of work experience

• Write and edit engaging and informative content for Authored articles, and client briefing material; blogs and newsletters; social media, and other marketing materials.

• 100% ownership of content calendars for brand social media handles and CXO profiles; past experience in B2B tech would be a plus (Short form + Long form)

• Social listening and sentiment analysis via tools like Meltwater, Netbase, Brandwatch, GWI or others

• Should be able to interpret insights from platform-native analytics dashboards and external tools like Sprinklr

• Past experience in ad campaigns and ORM (Online Response management) would be a plus, but not mandatory

What You Offer

• Proficiency in many social media platforms

• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional writing capabilities along with creative and conceptual potential

• Demonstrated ability to straddle copy as well as content writing. Excellence in the latter is non negotiable

• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
