HVAC Sales Professional
Cole Services is growing and looking for an experienced HVAC Sales Professional to join our team. Responsibilities
- Meet with residential customers to assess HVAC needs and recommend solutions
- Present system options, financing programs, and comfort solutions
- Close sales using our proven Service MVP sales process
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups in ServiceTitan
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC sales or in-home sales experience required
- Proven track record of closing sales and meeting goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable using tablets, CRM systems, and sales technology
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
