Shift: Days - 8hours

Shift Times: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM

Hours/Week: 35-40 hours

Type of Facility: Skilled Nursing Facility

Pay Range: $1625 - $1857

Position Summary:

VitalHire is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant - to join our growing clinician community. Key Responsibilities:

• Assists physical therapists in executing treatment plans for patients recuperating from diverse conditions.

• Guides patients through exercises, tracks their progress, and provides education to patients and their families regarding home care regimens.

• Manages patient records and verifies the safety and readiness of equipment for use.

Job Requirements:

• Current state licensure in CA

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

Other Required Documentation:

• Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)

• Two current clinical references

• State-required professional license

• Physical exam (completed within the past 12 months)

• TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)

• Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)

• Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations

• Must pass background check and drug screening
