We’re seeking a passionate, innovative Longevity Physician to pioneer and lead our newest initiative: the JumpstartMD Healthspan and Longevity Membership. If you’re a clinician who understands that thriving through metabolic health, (peri)menopause, menopause, medical weight management, lifestyle medicine, peptide management, and beyond is both an art and a science—this role is for you.

The ideal candidate blends deep clinical expertise, entrepreneurial passion, and a visionary mindset for functional, integrative, and longevity-focused preventive medicine.

• Longevity Medicine
• Functional / Integrative Medicine
• Metabolic Health
• Perimenopause and Menopause Care
• Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
• Medical Weight Management

• Design, launch, and lead JumpstartMD’s new Healthspan and Longevity Program, with a focus on science-backed prevention and personalized hormonal and metabolic health optimization.
• Deliver exceptional, preventive and personalized clinical care to patients through in-person and virtual visits.
• Collaborate with and train our team of clinicians, nutritionists, and health coaches to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Contribute to the evolution of our clinical protocols and educational content, helping to set the gold standard for longevity medicine.
• Mentor and align the clinical team to ensure consistent, compassionate, and outcomes-focused care.
• Leverage technology and tools—including our custom JumpstartMD app and AI support tools—to enhance patient care and clinical efficiency.
• MD or DO, Board Certified
• Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience in Longevity or Functional Medicine
• Minimum two (2) years of clinical experience focused on perimenopause/menopause care
• Minimum of (5) years of direct patient care experience
• Minimum two (2) years of telehealth experience
• Talent for building systems and protocols that ensure clinical consistency across a growing team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a tone rooted in empathy, clarity, and trust
• Multi-state medical licenses are a plus
• Highly proficient with clinical technology, EMR systems, and digital care tools
• Team-oriented with a strong desire to help elevate care across a multidisciplinary team

• Technical Proficiency: Fluent in Microsoft Office and adept with electronic health records.
