As a Service Support, you assist with the success of your restaurant service team. Your continual awareness of the restaurant environment allows you to anticipate the needs of your service team so they can maintain a seamless performance. Always on the move, you are proactive and efficient. You are driven by creating and continuously elevating a world-class hospitality experience for our guests.

Wage Scale 

 $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Actual offer within the listed range may vary based on work experience and other objective factors. The pay range for this position is subject to change and may be modified in the future, in compliance with applicable laws.

Duties

  • Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience. Show them what Iconic Hospitality means!
  • Assist servers and server assistants in delivering exceptional service and a pristine dining environment for our guests.
  • Clear, clean, and set tables in a timely manner.
  • Restock centerpiece, napkins, water pitchers, plates, cutlery, and glassware supplies.
  • Empty and replace garbage bins at service stations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant in any/all areas of the restaurant as needed, including the dining areas, lounge, patio, and exterior.
  • Responsible for executing the daily/weekly restaurant cleaning schedules.
  • Conduct regular restroom checks to uphold cleanliness and environmental standards, and clean and restock as needed.
  • Follow all food and alcohol service and handling safety precautions and procedures. 

Basic Qualifications

  • No experience necessary.
  • Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and California Responsible Beverage Service certifications. 
  • Possess a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of creating world-class hospitality experiences.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; repetitive manual tasks; and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
