Business Systems Analyst

Job#: 2086818 Job Description: Business Systems Analyst (Onsite, San Diego, CA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides support in the areas of documenting IT system requirements, administrating department workflow management systems, managing the user acceptance testing of new IT system releases,and creating system release notes.
• Effectively collaborates with internal departments, stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors to define requirements, assess alternatives, and present solutions to business and regulatory challenges.
• Assist in the identification of data issues and resolutions.
• Assists with system gap measurement tracking and analysis. Performs other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).

Knowledge and Skills:

• 1-5 years or Relevant experience or equivalent training
• Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering, Business related
• Working knowledge of Electric Vehicle Charging station applications and services.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI and Excel is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL server and other relational database management systems is highly desirable.
• Able to communicate (verbal and written) technical information in a clear and concise manner to both a technical and non-technical audience.
• Where applicable, a working knowledge of region operations and customer services and related processes are required.
• Must have the ability to identify issues, analyze data, develop, recommend, and implement solutions.
• Must possess initiative, decision-making skills and problem-solving abilities.
