Keenan has an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will support EBTPA in analyzing, coordinating, implementing and problem-solving business process and technology issues. This Businees Analsyt will also manage the external applications which includes interfacing with vendors. Project management support for systems upgrades and/or major IT initiatives on behalf of the EBTPA Department.

How you'll make an impact

• Serve as the business expert to interface with new or changing business process and/or technology.
• Assist with managing relationship with vendors.
• Assess EBTPA systems functionality vs. business requirements.
• Analyze data to aid the business unit in making development decisions.
• Perform end-to-end testing ensure quality delivery.
• Coordinate release notes for Mphasis release testing.
• Work with team development managers, as well as other cross-functional PM's and IT, to coordinate and manage projects between IT, the EBTPA Department, and external vendors.
• Partner with carriers on existing and future-state data exchanges.
• Support implementation of new business.
• Manage activities for multiple EBTPA applications projects for all phases of project development life cycle including plan, governance, design, test, production check-out and business readiness, including the documentation of each phase.
• Perform data mining and reporting on behalf of EBTPA business.
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

The target salary range for this position is $90,000 to $104,000 (US Dollar) annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

About You

Required:

• Minimum of ten (10) years of claims processing experience with strong knowledge of Javelina from Mphasis and Anthem WGS.
• Experience with requirement gathering, specification writing and implementation processes for software preferred.
• Strong presentation skills required, including the ability to effectively communicate with upper management.
• Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Accurate and detailed oriented.

Preferred:

• Minimum of ten (10) years of claims processing experience with strong knowledge of Javelina from Mphasis and Anthem WGS.

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
