Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager
Plumbing/HVAC Project Manager job in Orange County, CA

Responsibilities:
- Manage one or multiple commercial HVAC/Plumbing TI and new construction projects
- Make sure project is completed on-time and under budget
- Submit change-orders and RFI’s
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
- Communicate with GC’s, Owners, and other trades
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial hvac and plumbing construction project management experience
- Stable work-history
