1st Shift Shipping
Job Title: 1st/2nd Shift Warehouse HIRING ASAP!
Join a dynamic distribution company that manufactures automotive parts as a long-term shipping clerk/warehouse worker. This role offers an engaging work environment with flexible hours, ensuring you play a crucial part in our supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Receive and restock inventory, manage dispatch, and handle overstock.
- Load and unload materials from trucks efficiently.
- Break down boxes and package items for shipment.
- Use order rolling stairs, pickers, and RF scanners to fulfill orders.
- Assist Warehouse Supervisors as needed.
- Package items for shipment with attention to detail.
- Pick orders utilizing stairs to reach materials for the automotive industry.
Essential Skills
- Experience with RF scanners and order picking.
- Proficiency in packing, packaging, and using pallet jacks.
- Ability to handle shipping and receiving tasks.
- Competence in managing warehouse inventory.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
- Comfortable using rolling safety ladders, ranging from 5-7 steps and occasionally a 15 ft stair ladder.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, sit, push, pull, and reach with hands and arms; occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or squat.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment
Experience a work environment with loud noise levels due to forklift operations. Work on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, with mandatory overtime up to 2 hours daily and occasional Saturdays. Flexible start times between 5:30 AM or 6:30 AM until 2 PM or 3 PM. Dress code includes plain shirts, jeans without holes, and closed-toed shoes.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
