Electronic Technician
Responsibilities:
- Leads cable manufacturing operations, trains junior technicians, ensures build compliance, and supports QA inspections.
- Organize and label electronic parts and materials.
- Operate and manage assembly and testing processes.
- Review schematics and other technical documentation for accuracy.
- Maintain, clean, and perform basic upkeep of equipment.
- Monitor and audit inventory items.
- Communicate updates and technical issues to supervisor.
- Use untried and untested measurement techniques; and improves the performance of the equipment.
- U.S. Citizenship and Active DoD Secret Clearance.
- Must have IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certified Trainer (CIT), J-STJ-STD-001 Certified Trainer, (CIT) and AS(!)) Internal Auditor Certification.
- Must have ability to stand, walk, sit, use both hands, and carry/lift to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to execute installation/lifting of heavy equipment and use of/climbing ladders.
- Minimum 3 years in aerospace cable/harness manufacturing.
- Proficiency in crimping, soldering, and harness build rework.
- Must have (3) years of experience in installation of hardware and/or equipment as an Electronic Assembler or Electronic Technician.
- Experience in reading/understanding engineering documents and drawings.
