Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Repair Order Management: Coordinate and manage internal repair orders for company-owned vehicles.

• Interdepartmental Communication: Effectively communicate with technicians, parts departments, and other teams to ensure timely completion of all repairs.

• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed and accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time allocated. Ensure all work adheres to internal and OEM documentation standards.

• Workflow Tracking: Monitor the progress of vehicles through the service process and proactively follow up on any delays, parts availability issues, or other challenges.
