About the Role - Senior Data Engineer

As a Senior Data Engineer at Alembic, you'll tackle some of the hardest technical challenges in marketing analytics while building systems that Fortune 100 companies trust for multimillion-dollar decisions. You'll design and build the data infrastructure that powers our breakthrough analytics platform, working with cutting-edge AI/ML algorithms and massive datasets in a fast-growing environment where your work directly impacts business outcomes.

The Technical Challenge

We're building a GPU-accelerated platform that has never been built before in analytics. This isn't LLM work - we've discovered something massive that's never been applied to this problem space before.

What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable data pipelines that process massive marketing datasets with sub-second latency requirements

• Architect and implement data infrastructure that supports our breakthrough GPU-accelerated analytics platform

• Develop ETL/ELT processes for ingesting diverse marketing data sources (ad platforms, CRMs, analytics tools)

• Optimize data storage and retrieval systems for complex analytical queries across terabytes of data

• Collaborate closely with AI/ML teams to build data infrastructure that enables novel algorithmic approaches

• Guide technical decision-making and help define Alembic's data engineering best practices

• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a strong technical culture

• Contribute to hiring and shaping the engineering team as we scale
