About the Team DoorDash is looking for an exceptional Engineering Manager to lead the Merchant Tablet team — one of our most impactful and fast-moving product teams. Our mission: meet merchants where they are and build best-in-class Android and iOS apps, powered by AI, that help merchants run smarter, faster, and more confidently. This team owns the T0 tablet app — the primary surface through which tens of thousands of merchants manage live operations on DoorDash every single day. By creating intuitive and reliable apps, the team plays a critical role in helping merchants save time, improve efficiency, and grow their businesses. About the Role As the Engineering Manager for the Merchant tablet team, you will lead a group of talented backend and Android engineers to develop impactful features and scalable platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to execute a strategic roadmap that enhances merchant satisfaction and engagement. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of exceptional user experiences across mobile and web platforms while also shaping the team’s technical vision for the future. The team is also responsible for the quality and reliability of the android platform. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
