INflow Federal is seeking a Software Engineer to join our team! Are you passionate about engineering cutting-edge solutions and optimizing system performance? INflow is looking for dedicated Engineers to join our dynamic team, where you'll have the opportunity to design, deploy, and support advanced technologies. • Leverage your strong technical background in our agile environment, working through the full software development lifecycle as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Work in friendly collaboration with a talented team of on-site engineers to deliver high-quality software applications.
• Work with technical team of 10+ engineers along with being a functional manager for 8+ individuals solving complex problems and thrive in a collaborative in-person environment

• US Citizenship with an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technical discipline, and 10+ year(s) related experience in Java.
• Experience in front end development using technologies such as React and Leaflet
• Familiar with software factories such as NGA Core or Platform 1
• Understand deployment of complex systems utilizing tools like docker, docker compose, Kong, kubernetes, and Keycloak
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using gitlab pipelines integrated with deployment to openshift
• Technical management experience as a scrum master or IPT Lead
• Involvement in Career development of junior engineers and managing performance of multiple engineers

• Highly proficient in Spring
• Security+ Certification.
• Strong understanding of REST interfaces and documenting interfaces using Swagger
• Scripting and common formats (e.g., PowerShell, JSON, XML).
• PostgreSQL database design and development..
• Experience with agile development and methodologies (e.g., SAFe)

• Active DoD TS/SCI
