Job Summary:

Persona is a tech startup based in San Francisco, focused on providing flexible building blocks to help businesses fight fraud and build trust. As a Product Deployment Strategist in the Business Leadership Program, you will gain exposure to various facets of the business, collaborate with teams, and contribute to customer success while receiving mentorship from industry professionals.

Responsibilities:

You will be exposed to various facets of our growing business.

You will collaborate with teams across the organization, including Product, Engineering, Design, and Sales, gaining a broad understanding of how different functions work together.

You will partner with members of our Customer Success function to foster strong customer relationships, ensuring that they are driving maximum value from our platform.

You will participate in key customer engagements, including implementations, business reviews, and status updates.

You will become an expert in Personas platform products and future offerings, and directly inform Personas product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

You will receive 1:1 mentorship directly from the Growth and Go-to-market teams, allowing you to learn from seasoned professionals and develop the skills needed for a successful career in the tech industry.

Youll build relationships with Personas executives made up of former Square, Dropbox and Coursera alumni.
