Administrative and Human Resources Specialist
Job Posting: Administrative and Human Resources Specialist
Responsibilities:
1. Assist in handling company official documents and related paperwork.2. Manage daily office operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.3. Develop administrative plans, manage budget proposals, execute daily administrative tasks, and coordinate with headquarters.4. Liaise with headquarters, external agencies, and government bodies for finance, tax, and HR matters; handle recruitment and employee reimbursement processes.5. Manage import and customs clearance procedures; process contract documentation.6. Support exhibitions, internal meetings, and sales materials preparation; provide bilingual (Chinese/English) translation assistance.7. Organize company events and complete other administrative tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of administrative/HR experience; must currently reside and have work experience in California, USA.2. Prior experience in administrative/HR roles; familiarity with U.S. culture and business etiquette.3. Detail-oriented, reliable, and quick learner with a proactive attitude.4. Strong service-oriented mindset, interpersonal skills, and commitment to continuous self-improvement.5. Independent problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and efficient task management.6. Preferred: Experience in office renovation or prior role as a business assistant. 7. Full professional proficiency in both Chinese and English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
