- Perform honing, polishing, buffing, and grinding to achieve exact surface finishes.
- Conduct in-process and final inspections to meet aerospace quality requirements.
- Maintain a safe, orderly workstation and follow established safety practices.
What you bring
- Experience in a manufacturing setting; aerospace background preferred.
- Ability to read and apply blueprints or detailed work instructions.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
- Reliable team player with a safety-first approach.
Compensation & shift
- $20–$25 per hour, commensurate with experience
