Quality Assurance - Registered Nurse
- Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the organization’s quality
- Ensures that there are processes in place to monitor and measure all activities related to
- Provides direction and coordination of quality improvement activities utilizing
- Coordinates activities related to clinical record review for data collection.
- Complies, trends, and reports quality data in the following areas: patient care, safety, risk

- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a quality assurance Registered Nurse in a home health setting
- Possesses and maintains current CPR/First Aid certification and negative TB skin test or
- Must have a valid in-state driver’s license, provide current registration and insurance, and
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and proficiency in medical charting and
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy in a fast-paced
- Has excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
