What You'll Do:

• Be the face of our store—greet customers, listen to their concerns, and guide them through their service needs.
• Coordinate with technicians to deliver timely and accurate service.
• Use a consultative approach to recommend products and services.
• Handle customer interactions with professionalism and care.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and operating to Big O standards.

What You Bring:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in vehicle maintenance, tire sales, or auto repair is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid driver's license and a positive, can-do attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent (tech certification a bonus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $69,382.00 - $75,787.00 per year
