Job Title : Lead AI & Generative AI Solutions Architect

Job Type : C2C


Experience : 10-15 years


Location : San Jose, California (On-Site)

Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals in the development of AI and Generative AI solutions.
• Design and architect scalable AI systems that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and Generative AI technologies.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare and present technical documentation and project updates to management.

Mandatory Skills:

• 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI technologies.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering successful projects.
• Relevant certifications in AI or project management are a plus.
• Proven experience in AI and Generative AI Architecture.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Understanding of ethical considerations in AI development.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
