One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer in California, USA .

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building, automating, and scaling bare-metal infrastructure to support cutting-edge AI workloads. You’ll be part of a team building a custom cloud from the ground up, taking ownership of provisioning and deployment pipelines for Kubernetes clusters across multiple data centers. Accountabilities:

• Deploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters on bare-metal hardware in data centers.
• Build tools for provisioning systems (DHCP, DNS, PXE/iPXE, Talos Linux).
• Automate infrastructure processes using scripting languages (Go, Python, Bash).
• Collaborate with data center operations and network teams to bring new sites online.
• Manage configurations using GitOps practices with tools like Flux and Terraform.
• Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and infrastructure tooling to ensure reliability and scalability.

• Strong experience working with Linux and Kubernetes systems in a hands-on capacity.
• Proficiency with scripting and automation (Go, Python, or Bash).
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Kustomize, Flux).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts including IPAM, VLANs, DHCP, and DNS.
• Working knowledge of storage systems (NFS, RAID, block/object storage).
• Ownership mindset with the ability to debug and solve low-level system issues.
• Bonus: Experience with Talos Linux, Kubernetes bootstrapping, or data center provisioning.
