Leasing Agent (Part-Time)

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a part-time Leasing Agent to join their client's team in California. This role offers a wonderful opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the real estate industry and work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting prospective tenants with property inquiries and guiding them through the leasing process.
• Providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to phone calls and emails.
• Conducting property tours and effectively communicating the features and benefits of the properties.
• Processing rental applications and ensuring all documentation is accurately completed.
• Maintaining a detailed and organized record of all leasing activities and tenant interactions.
• Collaborating with property management to ensure smooth operations and address any tenant concerns.
• Updating and maintaining current listings and marketing materials.
• Adhering to company policies and regulations to ensure compliance in all leasing activities.

Requirements:

• Education requirement is a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience in leasing or real estate is a plus
• Yardi software is required

Work Hours:

Part-time position with flexible hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Monday - Friday, 8am-12pm
