Pay: $24/hr. - $28/hr. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reviews, research and processes product vendor invoices according to the set timeline & procedures
• Manage division(s) email inbox(s), reply timely to inquiries.
• Work with the appropriate departments to research and resolve "discrepancy" issues
• Reviews, research and processes all vendor communicated variances timely
• Manage vendor/AP aging: resolve aged items, credits, and rebates.
• Reconcile vendor statements with ERP
