Bloomingdale's Sales Commission, Remote Digital Luxury Stylist, Full Time - Century City
- Guide customers through their luxury fashion and accessory purchases for both men and women.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luxury brands, trends, and product features to inspire confidence and loyalty.
- Provide a personalized, consultative experience that reflects Bloomingdale's elevated brand standards.
- Respond to customer requests via digital platforms while they browseBloomingdales.com.
- Leverage digital tools and your personal digital presence to engage, acquire, and retain clients.
- Reconnect with clients using outreach tools to inspire repeat purchases and loyalty.
- Deliver a seamless client experience both in-store and from home, with a flexible hybrid schedule based on business needs.
- Maintain and expand an existing client base while creating opportunities for new client acquisition through personal networks.
- Collaborate with in-store teams and luxury partners to provide cohesive service and maximize sales opportunities.
- Work closely with luxury brand representatives while upholding Bloomingdale's standards and client experience.
- Continued pursuit of product knowledge and enhancing best practices with central partners and selling leadership.
- Achieve and exceed sales volume and luxury penetration goals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships that drive retention and loyalty.
- Contribute to the overall growth of Bloomingdale's luxury business.
- Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience, preferably with high-end fashion or accessory brands.
- Established $2M > client book and proven ability to grow clientele through digital engagement.
- Demonstrated digital presence that supports personal brand and sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, inspire, and connect with high-net-worth clients.
- Flexible and adaptive in a hybrid work environment.
- Passion for luxury fashion, styling, and elevated client experiences.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced education preferred.
- Hybrid role with flexibility based on business needs, tied to specific store locations.
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and occasional lifting up to 10 lbs.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality required.
