Account Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Account Representatives to join their rapidly expanding San Francisco team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with their valued partners. You will be a key point of contact, ensuring their success on their platform, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing exceptional support. Account Representative Responsibilities :- Acquire new partners in your region through a robust sales approach, combining significant cold-calling efforts (aim for 50+ dials/day) with strategic in-person pitches.
- Cultivate strong first impressions as an ambassador for our platform, effectively communicating our unique benefits to forge enduring partnerships.
- Execute contract negotiations to secure agreements that are financially viable and sustainable for both the restaurant and our company.
- Contribute to process improvement by collaborating with Account Management to ensure seamless and efficient onboarding experience for every new partner.
- Maintain consistent engagement with prospects through proactive phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
- Minimum 6 months total of professional sales experience
- Experience with Salesforce and Google Suite
- Good communicator and enjoy working on teams that value collaboration
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and demonstrate persistence and perseverance, you aren’t fearful of rejection or cold-calling
Please note this is a direct hire opportunity that pays a base salary between $59k-$62k (based on experience.) This role includes an uncapped commission plan with first-year on target earnings typically between $98k-$103k. They also offer full comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision + 401k + other perks/benefits.
